The Eighteen Sound 12NCX910 couples a special design 12" Neodymium loudspeaker with Beryllium high end 1.4" compression driver that combined offer the very highest sound fidelity specifically aimed at very accurate audio applications.

18 Sound apply a copper ring on the pole piece to reduce the inductance figure of frequencies above 10 kHz, and therefore improving phase and impedance linearization.
