This is simply a unique 18" driver. It has a true xmax of 19mm, a low Fs of 25.1hz and three demodulating rings in the motor. All together, they make this the lowest distorting 18" driver. It may seem expensive at first glance, but it's in a class of its own. I have it in a 127 Lt vented system, tuned to 32Hz. I could not be happier with the sound.
